Step-by-Step Withdrawal Guide
1. Access Your Balance
Press the button that displays your account balance.
2. Select Withdrawal Option
On the next screen, you’ll see options to deposit and withdraw.
Click the "Withdrawal" (or "Ta ut") button.
3. Choose Your Payment Method
Select the same payment method you used for your last deposit: Trustly or Swish.
Only the payment methods used for your recent deposit are available for withdrawal.
4. Enter Withdrawal Amount
Input the amount you wish to withdraw in the provided box (minimum SEK 100).
Confirm your withdrawal.
5. Confirmation
If all your information is correct, a confirmation page will appear showing your withdrawal request.
6. Await Processing
Once you’ve submitted your request, all you need to do is wait for the money to arrive in your bank account.
Most withdrawals are processed very quickly, but please allow some time for completion.
